Description
1968 BSA VICTOR SPECIAL B44VS
Where do I start......New errrrythang: big end bearings, ransmission bearings, ushings, orged pistons, astings rings, new cylinder sleeve, alves, uides, eepers, azon electronic ignition, loth wiring, loth wrapped oil lines, /p>new clutch, carb, ebuilt petcock, cone filter, hain, attery, ires, heel bearings, grips, rakes drilled, /p>polished and finned covers, andmade stainless narrow z-bars handlebars, evers, ables,mv pegs, ustom upholstered seat, ustom paint and stripes on tank and wheel, ew paint on frame, ustom tail-light, /p>vintage Bates headlight, all cloth wiring, eramic coated header, intage racingupswept megaphone, and made custom stainless exhaust bracket, /p>brake stay andlighting brackets.Rebuilt vintage MX forks nice and tight as well as firm new rear shocks. This thing is a hoot to scoot around on, he upswept exhaust has a nice rap to it and the new internals are like a sewing machine. I've been doingheat cycles for the last month or so and I'm really enjoying this guy. It hasthe ritual: two prime kicks, pen petcock, urn ignition TDC, ump the compression lever then rip it! There is one oil leak I've yet to chase,a couple drops off the cylinder here and there, o biggie for me. If that's a problem foryou there are a lot of nice modern Honda's that may better suit you with electricstarters too! This thing hasa lot of consideration built intoit, can't begin to clockthe hours. Let alone the cash involved....:/ It is paid for though and I don't NEED tosell. A fullyrestored1969 B44VS sold at auction in Vegas this year for 12K, /p>these things aren't going anywhere. Not one for sale on eBay now and nothing near this cool. Such a great piece of motorcycle history, 've personally wanted onesince I was 14. Well I'm 32 now and I have other priorities: kids, ife, ouse, tc...This has been 3 years in the making andthis bike isin excellent condition/super tidy and tight and my reserve reflects it. Check out KBB if you want to know what "they" say it's worth.Let me know if you have any questions. I'm in Atlanta and the bike is for sale locally so the auction can end early. Thanks for lookingAlso published at eBay.com
