Description

Stored for about 10 years in Texas under a tarp and in remarkably good shape. I got it running but really want to focus my energy on other projects I have lined up and I have more experience (and the right tools) with Japanese rather than British bikes.
It takes a little effort to get started if it has been longer than 3 or 4 days but if ridden regularly it starts after several kicks when cold and after 1 or 2 when warm. It pulls pretty good for a 250 cc engine and is fun to ride. This is a great bike if you're going to be riding around town or the neighborhood while you finish the restoration. Get's lots of comments (there's only one other BSA around where I live so no one has seen them).
If you have questions about shipping ask BEFOREyou bid! That is the only reason I had to relist this bike. I can help out with the logistics and it's not difficult, 've shipped/received several bikes.

I have a video of it starting and running that I can email or text. I can also provide other photos upon request.
It has a title but the previous owner filled out the info on back without transferring it so I'm not entirely clear the best way to get new registration.
I will take a 5.3 LS engine/4L60E combo with harness and computer in trade for this as well.
