Genuine BSA C15T 1960 Classic Trials bike Pre 65 Reg No 115ED in parts

Genuine Original 1960 BSA C15T with current V5 in my name and the old style green Log Book. REGISTRATION NUMBER 115ED. You can transfer this number if you get an MOT for the bike!. If you do that the number is probably worth a few thousand pounds and you would then get an age related number to replace it As you can see its in bits ready for a rebuildI bought the bike in 1985 with a view to rebuilding it but time has run out and as we are moving house and do not have the room it has to goThe frame is the original with the number as stated in the log book (it is obviously the correct S frame)The engine crank cases are a different number to the log book but are genuine C15T engine casesThe frames on the C15T are different to standard frames as the engine mountings are offset so the chain clears the tyre and the swinging arm is also offset to match the frameThe tank mounting bracket on the frame has been cut off but there is one on the spare frame which can be swapped overAll the essential parts are there to rebuild the bike including the special kick start leverNew parts are available of the shelf to buy apart from the special C15T parts which are not available to buy but are included in this saleBrand new items includeFull set of close ratio gears!!!!!!!!!SeatFork tubes and slidersAlternatorThere are loads of spares in fact more than are in the photos There are three more boxes of all gearbox parts (gears. selectors. clutch. two distributors. wheel spindles and brake shoes etc etcThis is a very nice project for someone to rebuild and if the rebuild is a good one the motorbike would be valuable and rareIf you want to view in the Harrogate area call me on 07568 058286I will ship this item any where in the world if the buyer pays for the crating and shippingThere is no reserve and no buy it now price.
