Bsa c15 Winter project.

 BSA C15 1966. first registered in U. K. in 1979. I purchased this bike as a restoration project but need christmas money so it has to go. The bike had been garaged for around ten years but with a battery. petrol and carb cleaned it started and runs. I have only ridden it up and down outside my garage but no further so sold as a project to be restored. I do have a video of the bike running which I am happy to email . The lights and horn work and it appears to charge ok. The frame has been powder coated in the past and still looks good. The paint is poor and needs redoing. the chrome work is also poor in places. There are some dents in the tank (see pictures). I do have the original headlight and shroud that is included in the sale. It is battered and bent but may be repairable. (see picture). The exhaust is in very nice condition looks new. Tyres seem good (Avons). There is a small oil leak which appears  to be from either the sump cover or side casing. The is a nice example and with a bit of work over winter will be a nice useable classic. It is sold as a project so its sold as seen. no warranty given or implied. There is no buy it now so the auction will run to the end. The reserve is set at a reasonable amount. I have seen several non runners sell for around £1000 recently. Viewing is recommended and welcomed with suitable notice. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ. I am waiting for the V5c which I hadnt bothered to send off before. DVLA have told me it will be issued on the 1st of November so should be with me before the auction ends. The bike is in Newcastle under Lyme Staffordshire.
