BSA C15 1965 Unfinished Restoration Project

This motorbike has been in my possession since July 2000. I stripped the frame and repainted it with black gloss. stripped the other body parts and repainted them. although the body parts will need re-painting. The engine was stripped and new parts (valve. camshaft. clutch) were fitted. The engine is still free and rotates on the kick-start. New coil. horn and speedometer have been fitted. Rewired for 12v and rebuilt wheels with Stainless Steel Rims and Spokes with brass nipples (cost ??369). Replaced Fork Stanchions. bushes & seals and tank badges (??154). Unfortunately other things got in the way and I never quite completed it. I have realised that despite good intentions I will not get around to this and would rather sell it to someone who will get it back on the road. It is a good project with plenty of potential and most of the hard work done.

The bike is complete. but obviously needs quite a bit of work on it and it does have a current V5 document with an E suffix registration.

New unfitted parts include in the sale - Petrol tap (worth ??19). stanchion top nuts (worth ??25) and 2 chrome front wheel hub covers.

Viewers are welcome. Buyer arranges collection. you will require a van or trailer.

Prefer cash on collection. Buyer must complete transaction within 3 weeks of completion.
