BSA B50T MX Type Motocross Motorcycle Matching Numbers 1971

BSA B50T 1971. This bike is in very nice restored condition. nbsp;

Chrome is in excellent condition. Paint work to the mudguards is in excellent condition. nbsp;

Frame has been recently powder coated as the same with all black metal parts. nbsp;

Engine has been part stripped for inspection and new rings fitted and has been found to be in very good internal condition as is the gearbox. nbsp;

Clutch again is in very good condition.  

Spindles. nuts bolts. spacers and small metal parts have been re-plated and look like new. Some nuts and bolts are stainless steel.

Bike is fitted with electronic ignition system and all electrics have been custom made to suit the bike. every electrical part works.  

Indicators are modern and are fitted with warning sounder and warning light when they are flashing.  

Twin headlamps fitted which work well.  

Smiths electrical speedometer and tachometer are fitted which have digital readouts telling. time. miles run. hours run. volts being charged. etc.

New tyres have been recently fitted for last MOT. bike is registered in my name and has matching numbers B50T GE140XX. nbsp;new battery fitted just before MOT as well.  

Bike has been fitted with New Old Stock B50MX Side Panels and a new B50MX Silencer (if you can call it that. does not do much silencing).  

Period small motocross seat has been fitted which has been re-covered. mudguards are period plastic guards which are painted and are in excellent condition.

Bike is in great condition but the alloy tank has some small marks due to its age which the buyer may want to get polished out. nbsp;

also with B50?ˆ™s of this age there are some engine oil leaks as you would expect. a few hours work should sort them out. but I have been riding this bike for the summer and have sooner ridden it that fix them.

Although this is a non standard B50T. it does look good and turns heads where ever it goes. is fitted with modern reliable electrics. sounds awesome and is great fun to ride.  

Only selling due to other projects on the go.

Bike was first register in 1971 so is Historic Road Tax

International buyers will need to make there own arrangements for collection/transport
