BSA A65 Rocket 1964

FOR SALE is my classic BSA A65 Rocket twin in mostly original and good unrestored condition. (You'll have to forgive the mudguards and paint job) The Rocket (A65R) was the first of the home market sports versions of the unit range and was only produced in this guise between 1964 and 1965 so you don't see too many of them. The bike is in good running order and has been used sparingly over recent years during the summer. The MOT expired in March this year but it has only done 120 miles since the previous MOT. It is currently SORN'd but tax exempt anyway. The frame and engine are original and I have the original registration book that was issued from new to confirm this. Also included is the user manual. Workshop and Haynes manuals. (See pictures) The bike could be used as is but would benefit from some restoration work and could look stunning with very little work. It has always been my intention to complete the work myself. however I've recently aquired a more modern classic so regretfully it has to go to make room.
