Description

I have posted this bike in an auction type ad aswell as my classified ad for the same bike is not visible for international buyers. So please be adviced that this listing (or the classified ad) may disappear with no notice if the bike is bought through the other listing. For sale a very rare BSA. an A10 Spitfire Scrambler built in 1957 (first year of production) by BSA using a BSA Goldstar Catalina Scrambler frame and a modified Super Rocket engine. For more details on the model. please read the pages in the following link: http://goldstarspitfires. weebly. com/uploads/1/1/7/0/11702298/1957_spitfire0001. pdf . everything is in there.  The first registration date in this ad is the date it was shipped to BSA Inc. . USA. as per the Science Museum Records. Needless to say. its hard enough to find a numbers matching racing pedigree BSA as they were used for the purpose they were built: to race. with engines being replaced when needed. let alone from the first model year!! This particular bike has been restored with the utmost attention to detail. you need to see the bike to appreciate the work. The bike has been documented and confirmed by the Club and the Science Museum. The bike has two seats. its now fitted with one with black piping. The bike can be seen only through Peter at Len Haggis Classic M/C in Crawley. He can be contacted to view the bike at +441293424447 or through email at bsagoldstars@btinternet. com .
