1968 BSA Firebird Scrambler VERY RARE Matching Numbers Project Basket Case in CT

Rare 1968 BSA Firebird Scrambler. Numbers are matching and read BC16978 A65F on both frame and motor. Now I did some research and comes up as 1968-69 firebird Scrambler but you all now more than me. So you be the judge. eBay didn't have a spot for no title so keep this in mind. no title bill of sale Only. This is a project missing some parts. e. front fender is jap. nd at this point I don't know what's original and what's not. Motor looks good spins fine. cylinder has some missing fins. I was told by the original owner that he took it apart because of the busted fins But I've heard that before. And who Knows?. Motor and frame look good no breaks anywhere. Side cover is off and looks like points/spark advance and such are still in it. the clutch side hasn't been taken off as far as I know.
