The shooting star was the sports version with alloy cylinder head. high compression pistons. larger carburetor. and sports high lift camshaft. The bike we have for sale here is a 1960 model it has an historic listing at the DVLA (free road tax). and MOT'd until 2015. The bike is in good clean condition. Paintwork. and tinware is in excellent condition having recently had a professional re-spray. The dual seat is new as are the stainless steel rims. and spokes. The engine has recently been overhauled. and will require running in as per a new machine.
