2007 Buell Lightning Long XB12SS

I've owned the motorcycle for just over a year now. I am moving within the next month, nd I can't take the motorcycle with me. The motorcycle was my commuter for the past year and it is beginning to show some surface rust / wear and tear. This is a no reserve auction, o it sells no matter what. Will need attention:
Rear tire has a slow leak and will need to be replaced.
The engine has a few minor oil leaks around the valve covers
The transmission shifts through all gears, ut you occasionally have to push down on the downshifter a couple of times to get to down shift.
I have added an additional ground wire running from the battery to the exhaust mount due to a faulty ground connection leading to the starter. Additionally I added an extra ground going to the front coil mount to help with grounding issues seen by the instrument panel. I increased the richness using ECMspy due to the exhaust modification. It was running lean when I first purchased the motorcycle.
Clean and clear title; passed safety inspection in March 2015. Let me know if you have any questions.
