2005 Buell XB12cg Lightning

2005 Buell XB12cg Lightning.   If you're not familiar. the XB12 Buell is a brilliant exercise in engineering. weighing just about 425 pounds wet. with a decidedly sporty 52 inch wheelbase. and an engine that delivers 103 horsepower and 84 foot pounds of torque.   It is an absolute thrill to ride!  The engineering is further demonstrated with innovations like. the frame is the fuel tank. the swing arm is the oil tank. and the drive belt never needs adjusting.   This is the factory lowered version of the XB12 Lightning. a great choice if you happen to be inseam challenged.   This bike is absolutely stock. never been down. never been to a track day.   It has been meticulously maintained by the book and has run HD full synthetic motor oil since new.   This female owned bike has 18. 00 miles on it and is a cosmetically gorgeous.   The only modification is the addition of a "Drummer" exhaust.   The "Drummer" exhaust is a carefully engineered modification of the stock Buell muffler that provides a deep. throaty sound without being overly loud and obnoxious.   The bike comes with both original keys. the owners manual. and the tool kit.

The bike has the following options:

Drummer exhaust mod (about $450 to get done)

Axle protectors. front and rear

Buell Factory "low" seat (see it in the pictures)
