I'm selling my 2003 Buell Firebolt. This bike is in fantastic shape and needs nothing other than a new rider. Newborn forces sale. The bike only has 9k miles and is 100% original mechanically. This bike has never been modified other than cosmetically. Bike has a clear title and has never been down. New battery in 2015. I have only ever used AMSOIL for engine and primary oil during my ownership of the bike. Fresh engine oil and filter and primary oil have been completed May 2016. I have never ridden this bike in the rain. There is one small nick in the seat which has been repaired, ut is noticeable when you really look for it. There are a few marks on the top of the triple tree from the previous owners keys. The muffler is original and could use a little touch up paint if you really wanted to be picky. Those are the only blemishes on the entire bike.
The bike has cortech sport saddles with rain covers which will go with the sale of the bike. Grips, indscreen, ndertail fender eliminator, ecals and lights are the only cosmetic upgrades. Tires are good, rakes are good. The wheel bearings and kickstand have been updated by the dealership for service bulletins/recalls. Bike has always been garage kept. Suspension is tuned for my size - 5'9" 190lbs but is fully adjustable. I have a printout of the factory service manual that I will also include with the sale. Drive belt is a lifetime belt (no chain maintenance!). I have always run 93 Octane fuel with stabilizer regardless of the season. This bike is a great example of a v-twin sport bike. These aren't easy to find with low miles. I take very good care of my vehicles and I think my efforts show on this bike. I would never be selling this if I didn't have a six week old baby at home. Just not enough time for me to enjoy this great bike.
