Classic 1995 Harley Buell S2 Thunderbolt

1995 Buell S2 Thunderbolt. Original and unique "Red Snap" color scheme with original bodywork. Certainly some non-original parts on the bike but I think the additions give this Thunderbolt a sleek look, specially with the red paint. Note that some prior owner blackout painted the motor and trans. Gives a nice contract against the red paint and white frame. Serial number is in the Erik Buell Signature Series range but I don't have any of the original paperwork or the cover plate.
27,406 miles with clear title. Good running & riding bike with Vance & Hines exhaust and polished Performance Machine wheels with a nice set of Shinko tires. There is a YouTube video of it running, earch on "1995 Buell Thunderbolt Red Snap for sale". Just changed engine oil (Mobil 1 Full Synthetic V-twin oil), rimary oil ( Harley primary & trans oil), djusted the clutch, djusted the drive belt, nd replaced the rear brake pads. A mixture of 100 octane unleaded race gas and Lucas fuel injector cleaner is keeping the fuel system clean.
1995 was the first year of Buell production under Harley-Davidson ownership so there are a lot of parts on this bike that are interchangeable with a 1200 cc Sportster including most of the maintenance items on the engine, ransmission and clutch. Many aftermarket suppliers as well so no issues with getting parts. There is also an active online community, earch on badweatherbikers, his site has every question you have already answered. Lots of suggestions for parts suppliers too.
Bike does have one area that needs attention. The turn signals light up but don't flash. They will flash in 4-way mode but won't flash if just one signal button is pushed, ust light up. They did this before I put on the new LED turn signals. Bid as though you will have to invest a little in the turn signals. All other lights and the horn work fine and bike rides and runs out excellent.
