1976 CZ Falta G.P.M. - Vintage MX Motocross Maico Husqvarna Ossa Bultaco Ducati

This is the rarest of the rare CZ Falta Replicas, he G.P.M. (Grand Prix Modified)! Engine # 980 5 000842
In the '70s the Japanese manufacturers were dominating motocross racing. CZ was having difficulty being competitive and when the U.S. importer, merican Jawa Ltd., ook shipments of some of the Falta Replicas from the Czech Republic, hey would make additional modifications to the bikes to help improve the suspensions and lighten the bikes.
The Falta G.P.M. modifications included: 34 mm Mikuni Carb., ay-Down Air Shocks with 7" Travel, reston Petty Fenders & Number Plates, ir Front Forks with 8" Travel, rame Modifications, tc.
This bike looks to be mostly completely original including the original Preston petty fenders and number plates. It also has the original and highly sought after Falta pipe. I started to tear the bike down for a restoration but I am now going in a different direction, o the engine, enders and several other parts are in "one" box that can be shipped with the rolling frame.
The last photo is not this bike but a similar G.P.M. so you can visualize what the bike should look like.
