BULTACO 250 Model 11 Non-Matching Numbers Race Bike Runs Great Good Cond

<p>&nbsp;Bultaco 250 Metisse Model 11 up for auction.&nbsp; This is a non matching numbers bike.&nbsp; Frame number is B-1102181.&nbsp; Engine number is M-1102127.&nbsp; I bought this bike from Lynn Mobley about 2 years ago.&nbsp; He was selling it for a customer that had him build the bike for him.&nbsp; The customer then raced the bike.&nbsp; I bought it to ride and not race and have enjoyed owning and riding it at vintage events.&nbsp; It runs well, tarts easily and it functions as it should.&nbsp; I am selling it because I don't ride it enough and would rather have it go to someone that would use it as intended.&nbsp;&nbsp; It is not a show bike but could easily be prepped for racing.</p><p>Fiberglass has cracks and scratches from use but all pieces are in decent shape.&nbsp; Motor has good compression and great power.&nbsp; It does have a Mikuni conversion.&nbsp; No cracks in the mounts.&nbsp; The head does have a missing fin and the barrel does have bent and missing fins as shown in the pictures.&nbsp; Brakes are good.&nbsp; Chain is in good shape.&nbsp; Seat is great with no holes or scrapes. Rear rim is an Akront rather than the original steel rim. Tank is of the English design with a pop up cap and a forward mounted petcock.&nbsp; No leaks. Forks are good, traight and may need seals soon.&nbsp; Rear shocks are just ok and should be replaced with a good aftermarket set if it is to be raced.&nbsp; Pipe is good with a Skyway silencer attached. </p><p>This auction was relisted since the original buyer could not complete the transaction.</p><p>Please ask questions before bidding.&nbsp; The bike is sold as-is with no warranties expressed or implied.&nbsp; Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and at the expense of the buyer.&nbsp; </p>
