1969 Triumph Trident unmolested with original paint, NICE Rocket 3

This is a 1969 Triumph Trident, he rare "ugly boxy style" with its "ray gun" mufflers, one year only offering which has nowbecome the most desirable of all Tridents. I bought this bike along with the complete inventory and equipment of a former Moto-Morini/Bultaco/Triumph dealer which closed after the owner passed away. I was a long time customer there and intend to keep mostly the Bultaco and Morini stuff. In his later years,the dealersold Chinese scooters. This bike was one of his indoor display bikes, n display in his shop since 1982. It has a non-matching motor installed but the complete original motor goes with. I do not know why the motor was swapped outsince I can not ask the shop owner. We think there may have been a problem with the original motor, o the shop owner dropped another motor in on shop time. He may not have completed the project because the new motor, which appears to have new gaskets in) does not have its oil lines installed, nd the electrics are not hooked up. The original motor was not disassembled and remains whole to this day. You get both motors to do what you will. The frame number (and matching motor number) is BC02097T150T. The installed motor is T150T-DE00862. Title brand was a Pennsylvania "A" title since 1977, o I am the second owner of this bike since 1977. All paint appears original. All chrome is very good, ncluding it's English Dunlop chrome wheels and ray guns. Title is clear and in my own name.
