Description

Bultaco Sherpa 350T - lovely condition. loads of receipts. Restoration includes- complete strip down and powdercoat frame. new seat cover. new fork seals. new shocks. new handle bars. chain. sprockets. engine had been rebuilt previously (new gaskets can be seen) and it has been recommisioned with new oil. Engine cases polished. new stainless spokes and wheels are extensively cleaned and polished. The bike looks great for a bike 37 yrs old. ( date cert provided by Bultaco UK) I bought this bike after it had already started its restoration and had to strip it back down and I tried to keep it as original as possible. my intention was to register the bike with DVLA but unfortunatly i am not legally allowed to insure as i dont have the correct motor cycle licence to ride a 350cc so without this i could not insure it. I did not want to  register it in someone elses name so gave up on the idea. Every thing works as it should  and all the gears and clutch work without any problems. This has cost me a small fortune but dont tell the missus Ha Ha.  I have added some photos of stages of the rebuild. The only thing that i would do now is have the kick start re chromed as it showing signes of its age but it still works as it should. the paint work on the tank looks good but there are a couple of small paint runs near where it meets the seat but again not very noticable unless you are a perfectionist. I bought this bike as a dream from my childhood wishes and now its done i dont want to ride it for fear of dropping it. I am an honest ebayer and try to list as true as possible. i wont let it go for nothing so if you make a silly offer then forgive my answer. i wont post to Timbuktu or other far away places- This is cash on collection only. please dont bid and then try to haggle after the binding bid. I would like £100 deposit paid via paypal at the auction end (ask after auction end for details) unless otherwise agreed by me first to secure deal. I think i have set a realistic reserve and I reserve the right to remove at any time if i get a fair offer as it is advertised elsewhere also. Thanks for looking and Happy BiddingAny serious questions text me 07798 821538 Phil
