1975 Can-Am MX-2, 250cc Motocross Race Bike

First the good news. this bike went through a complete ground up restoration about 7 years ago. The restoration included:- Complete engine rebuild includes new crank bearings. seals. fresh bore. new piston. rings. gaskets etc- New Bing Carburetor- New Front and Rear Michelin MX tires- New Swingarm Bearings and Seals- New Seat cover- New Fork Seals and Boots- New Progressive Rear Shock Absorbers- New Cables. Levers. Lever Covers. Grips. Kill Switch- New Chain and Sprockets- New Frame. Swingarm and Body Work Paint and Decals- Has the Original Working Oil Injection System- Has Original Handlebars- Has TNT Rotary Valve InstalledI rode the bike once or twice immediately after the restoration and have not touched it since. Bike has been stored indoorsNow the not so good news. I went to start it the other day and discovered the fuel system needs cleaning. the clutch plates are stuck together and the paint work on the fuel tank is peeling and bubbling pretty badly.  The exhaust system has the normal dents and dings you find on downpipe bikes. The good news for those interested in this bike is I do not want to put the time in to make it right so am selling it cheap. Included in the sale are a complete Shop Manual. Owners Manual and some spares such as other rotary valves and original carburetor. Bike will be sold with a Bill Of Sale.  Buyer arranges and pays for shipping.
