1980 Can-Am Qualifier III 250 AHRMA Penton Vintage MX ISDE Enduro Husky CZ

 1980 Can-Am Qualifier III 250 Engine# 116262 Frame # 8065000008    Im guessing its the 8th one built for 1980.   This bike was cosmetically restored this past spring by the previous owner and has been on display in his basement since. It was in original  barn find condition when he got it. He broke the bike down and blasted and painted everything. The fenders and side covers are new  pieces and the color is slightly off. but it looks worse than it actually  is in the pictures. The hardware was replaced with stainless. and the seat cover and grips are new.    The bike starts easily and runs well. I have ridden it in the parking lot and the motor feels strong. The drum brakes work fair. and the bike shifts well.   There are a few things that still need to be done. The suspension needs rebuilding or air in the forks. as there is no damping at all. The tires are the old ones. The pipe has fresh paint that looks well. but there is a dent in the chamber and it is missing the internals of the silencer.     This bike would make a great show piece. or vintage racer after going over these few things.   Everyone that sees it compliments it. The bike is located in 03827 NH . I would like it picked up within a reasonable amount of time. The bike will be sold with a bill of sale only since dirt bikes dont have titles.
