EMS:

Checked for fault codes. wheel speed sensor and speed switch.

Fuel System:

Checked throttle body. throttle twist grip. fuel hoses. fuel filter.

Electrical System:

Checked batter. battery connection. lights. signals. electric windshield. control switches.

Drive System:

Checked drive belt tension. rear sprocket bearing. rear axle bearings. all bearing seals and o rings.

Wheels:

Checked wheel bearings. front wheel nuts. rear wheel nut and tire pressure.

Steering:

Checked steering play. tie rods and front alignment.

Suspension:

Checked shocks. front suspension arms. ball joints. ACS shock/hoses.

Brakes:

Checked brake fluid. brake pads and discs. brake hoses/lines and parking brake.

Body and Frame:

Checked passenger handholds. foot pegs. plastic fasteners. latches and hinges. body panels.
