Ccm/sp370 twinshock unfinished project

Where do I start with this TWINSHOCK as you see in the pictures it needs a lot of TLC it's been stood in a garage for 20 years and not moved. the frame. winging arm and tank are CCM the engine is a 1979 SP 370 front suspension is maicco and the rear wheel is Honda XL the engine starts and the bike does ride and goes thru all gears but engine does smoke slightly could be valve stem oil seals with being stood for so long the frame has been modified to fit the sp engine it has been brazed to a high standard the rear shocks are AIR SHOCKS these particular  shocks are going for a fortune on eBay they may need topping up with oil I don't no  because they rebound quick. I don't no where to start with price on this bike so I've started at what I think is a very low price with no reserve. anymore info tele 01282871295
