Rare Vintage 1948 Cushman Model 54 Motor Scooter Restorable Condition

1948 CUSHMAN MODEL 54Estate Sale Find1948 Cushman Model 54 4 HP Motor Scooter with 2 speed transmission. Scooter was taken apart some years ago for a repaint but never completely reassembled. To make perfect it will require a little body work to remove dents. The upholstery was redone in 1975 and still looks like new. I have all of the parts including carburetor kit (needs carb rebuild) decals bumper windshield (has scratches) and other parts (see photos). Motor has good compression The estate sale company had the scooter running but it will need the carburetor rebuild and I would recommend coating the gas tank with teflon (purchase at auto parts store) tie up any residual rust to keep it from getting into the carburetor.Local pickup or shipping to be arranged by Buyer.Immediate Payment of non-refundable $500 deposit by PayPal required.
