This motorcycle was designed and built by the owner of ZZ Chops. master builder Dave Pettengill. ZZ Chops builds only high quality one off customs. Check out these custom features. FRAME 1. One off custom . designed and build by ZZ Chops. Not another one like it. 2. The motor oil is in the front down tube. This feature cools the oil and allows the seating area to be lowered. 3. The frame is built from heavy walled DOM tubing allowing the frame to handle the big horsepower. 4. All motor and transmission mounts have been machined flat and parallel after welding for a perfect drive train fit. I know of no other manufacturer that does this. 5. The frame has been designed for 1 or 2 up riding. 6. All components have been fixtured and professionally tig welded. 7. The neck has internal fork stops. 8. The battery box and electrical compartment are an integral part of the frame. No brackets to break. No fasteners to come loose. 9. The frame is designed for the taller rider. 10. The swing arm has an integral custom license plate bracket. 11. The single front down tube (oil tank) is 2-3/8" in diameter and is the only full length single down tube I know of on the market. 12. The motor and transmission are centered in the frame for a balanced motorcycle. 13. The frame is set up for a 300 tire with no engine and primary offsets and yes the tire is on the centerline of the frame. 14. The rake is 45 degrees. stretched 8" up 5" out. FRONT FORKS 1.
