Jack Daniels wood Harley Softail custom EDIT

The build was completed in February 2015. The bike is registered as a custom assembled. The frame I used was is a Santee softail titled 2002. Fit the evo style Rev tech 100ci engine. 4" piston pushed on these 4" strokes. moly-coated forged pistons. Roller rockers. 7/16" cylinder studs. mukuni HSR42. Self-contained solid-state ignition. Andrews EV72 . 560" lift cam3" open primary. to belt drive rear. Six (6) speed transmission. to a 200 rear tire. Head light was made from a late 1800's horse and buggy carriage modified with current technology for an extremely bright lamp. Other lighting included orange under glow lights. All of the other parts on the bike have been designed and hand crafted by hand. Faux wood grain on the tank and fender. The air cleaner and dash are birch wood finished and sealed. K&N filter. Hand fabricated exhaust. heat wrapped and finished in copper coil. All of the hosing that is not hot running are tediously leather wrapped to added appeal. Luggage and storage include a large front copper coated aluminium box and a small leather side bag. Simply put this is an amazing build that you will only see here. Non other in the world like it.
