2015 Custom Built Motorcycles Chopper

Description

Custom hard tail chopper/bobber. IT DOES NOT HAVE A TITLE. I have the MSO for the frame. Brand new frame; oil tank wheels tires brakes DNA springer forks and ape hangers handlebar are lightly used.

Started with a Made in the USA Kraft Tech 19702 Curved Dagger Rigid Concealed Axle Frame set up with 1-3/8" mega tubing 34? Rake 0" Up Stretch and 2" Back Bone Stretch. Frame will accept a 230 240 or 250 tire. This is not your typical frame. It is completely tig welded and boasts 1-3/8 inch tubing instead of the smaller factory stuff. Setup to handle the torque and power of big displacement motors like the 110 Cubic Inch RevTech engine and six speed RevTech transmissions.

Frame has factory built in offset for transmission and rear fender mounts; frame uses a 1" spacer between the engine and inner primary cover and an additional 1" of spacing on the engine sprocket or pulley. To provide unit construction strength and best possible driveline alignment frame has welded-in 1 piece transmission plate. A Kraft Tech Rear Fender is included (not pictured) but it is not mounted permanently in case you want to use a different fender. Frame is also set up with a Cole Foster tear drop gas tank with pop up gas cap. A custom license plate holder has been installed. Electrical mounts horn mounts and motor mount installed.

Frame is set up with a 60 spoke 18" 240 rear tire rotor chrome caliper and chain final drive but can also be setup for 2.5" belt final drive. Includes 1" axle and axle cover kits. Frame can also be setup with a 230/240 width tire using a 1 1 /2" belt or 250 tire with a 1 1/8" belt (or chain). Front has a fully chromed DNA Specialty Springer front end (4+ 27") and 21 inch 60 spoke chrome front wheel caliper and disc. Has 16 inch ape hangers.
