Carolina Custom Harley-Davidson Chopper Project

Carolina Custom / Harley-Davidson chopper project. This is a new build that's almost complete. All the hard fab stuff is done. the frame. tank. rear fender and oil tank have been powder coated gloss black as a base coat for custom paint or run it as is. Way too much to list here but here's a start;

Frame. Carolina Custom 250 LSD Rigid. 6" Stretch. 8" Up Curved Single Downtube. 42 Degree rake.  MSO Included.

Fully polished Harley-Davidson EVO motor with Chrome rocker boxes and cam cover. J&E 10. 5:1 Hi-Compression pistons. Andrews EV27 Cam. S&S Reed valve Breather gear. Sreamin' Eagle ignition. Sifton polished billet Hi-volume oil pump. S&S polished intake manifold.

Front end. DNA Wide Glide Style. 3-degree rake. 12-over.

Front wheel. DNA 21x2. 15 80 Stainless spoke w/ chrome billet hub. Avon Cobra tire.

Rear wheel. DNA 18x8. 5 80 Stainless spoke w/ chrome billet hub. Avon Cobra 250 tire.

Fuel tank. Independent. 5" stretch with pop-up cap.

Oil tank. Fat Katz. wrap around w/ battery box.

Rear fender. Fat Katz. 11" Round.

Front fender. Harley-Davidson Wide-Glide.

Brake rotors and rear pulley. DNA Calibur. 65 Tooth rear pulley. 11. 5" Brake rotors.

Rear Brake and bracket. Performance Machine Chrome Billet.

Forward controls. DNA Chrome Billet "Elite". w/ master cylnder.

Transmission. 5-Speed. polished case. chrome end and top covers.

Starter. Harley-Davidson. Hi-torque. polished.

Hand controls. Harley-Davidson. black and chrome.

I have way too many projects and need to clean out the garage. You will not be dissapointed.

I have invested well over the selling price. I have been building bikes for almost 40 years and do not skimp on quality. No implied or expressed warranty. sold as-is. where is. Please Do not bid if you can't follow through. Shipping is all on the buyer. There are several companies that will ship bikes. call them to make arrangements or local pick-up is fine too. $500 Non-refundable deposit due at aution end.
