This motorcycle, enee (Latin - reborn), s designed and built by me, wner of Younger Brothers Custom Cycles (www.youngerbroscustoms.com).The theme for this bike isto represent my journey as a Christian. I wanted to take something broken and transform it into something with purpose (2 Corinthians 5:17). The motor for this project is from a1981 Honda CB750, cylinders, arbureted, ith 4 into 1 custom exhaust. I'm selling Renee in hopes that the bike will be ridden often and shared with others, he sale will help fund our next build as well.

Key Features

Saddle made from baltic birch wood, ormedand sanded for a surprisingly comfortable ride. Laser engraved top. Hand finished, tained and sealed to keep it looking good for many rides.

The machined and polished handlebar risers and gas cap are engineered and madefrom solid bar stock. Starting with a block of6061 Aluminum and polished to a mirror finish to compliment the chrome.

Electronics box is a repurposed, intage ice cream maker. It cleanly houses all of the bikes electrical components and features a push button starter from a 1940s era Ford so I'm told.

The large, 00mm reartire and wheel required a custom spoke kit to lace a Harley Davidson rim to a Honda hub. The 17 tooth offset drive sprocketallows the chain to clear the tire and was engineered and cut using Wire EDM and TIG welded.

The neck bearings are designed and machined to mate the Honda neck to the springer front end; arguably the most distinctive feature of the bike.

Other designed/machined/fabricated-from-scratch pieces: rubbermountedbattery box, eadlight bracket, aillight mount, icense plate bracket, ear fender, ender mounts, rag bars.

Renee was built to last, he following items were replaced with new: neck bearings, heel bearings front and rear, ydraulic brake reservoir / crush gaskets / brake line, ront brake disc, rake pads, park plugs, lug wires and boots, tarter solenoid, lutch friction plates, lutch springs, hain, eadlight, ail light, ost every rubber component in the carbs and engine, ll gaskets (excluding head gasket), attery, as tank epoxy lining, arb jets and various springs (rebuild kits), ll fluids of course.

The following tasks were completed to ensure systems were within specifications as given by Clymer Manual, aynes Manual, nd/or Subject Matter Experts: engine compression test (passed), alve clearances (adjusted, assed), am chain tension (adjusted, assed), harging system (passed), gnition system (adjusted, assed),carburetors professionally cleaned and synced.

Pod filters are currently used on this bike, od filters have been known to affect engineperformance due to the types of carbs on this engine. A couple steps weretaken to minimize the effect: rubber sleeves on pods torestrict air flow and a 75/110 larger-than-stock jet configuration. I do not notice a difference in performance between the pod filters and stock air box, nd much prefer the look of the pods. However, am including the stock air box with purchase if you'd prefer using it.
