2007 TWISTED CHOPPER THE FUELLER CUSTOM BUELL BUILD

This is my2007 Twisted Chopper.Bike was built on the island of Oahu, awaii by Kustom Fab and finished in September 2011. The guys at Kustom Fab build around four bikes per year and they range in price from $30,000 to $70,000 when sold.These guys won the Hawaii Biker Build Off as well as numerous other honors,they built about 90% of this bike.The bike was brought to them as a rolling chassis. The bike was brought to themin theprimer gray and mocked up with all brackets tack welded into place. It took about 1 1/2 years to finish the bike and cost over $19,000.00 to build it. The receipts totaled $19,107.95. The Odometer and the miles on the bike, ight about 287 miles on the bike. Everything on this bike was brand new and functioned perfectly the last time it was run.
PROS: New Everything during build! Only 280 miles on the bike!
CONS: Oxidation on aluminum, polish it or just leave (it has developed a nice patina). Would recommend draining the fuel and tuning carb prior to running.
If you are thinking about building your own bike I understand the reason but in the long run it is not worth the hassle. Buying a complete bike is so much cheaper than building one. Just as I do right now, ou will feel sick when several years pass and you need to sell it for whatever reason and youdon't get anything near to what you put into it. If you are on a budget or just want to use some financial common sense then bidding on this bike (if you like it) is the right move. Look up some of the prices of a rolling chassis with motor on ebay, hey are going from around $5K-$10K with nothing else.
Some basic parts and features of the bike include a…fully polished and rebuilt 2003 Buell XB9R Firebolt engine/trans…wiring ran through the frame…billet switches…billet forward controls…gold leaf inlay andpin striping on tank…leather saddle …newer tires…stainless steel braided fuel lines and oil lines…S&S Super E Carburetor…Dyna Ignition…etc. I literally have pages full of parts that I could keep listing. This just gives you a good idea that the bike is very nice and well built.
I'm selling the bike to make room in the garage as it has just sat there, have 3 others. This is a great value for a bike that gets a lot of attention.
