1969 CB 450, he original owner bought this bike new and later on in the 80’S decided to chop it out, e finished the chopper and rode it around for awhile and decided to add accessories and smooth out the frame so he disassembled the bike, ent the engine to Honda to be completely overhauled, oring the engine to displace 500 cc The overhaul included: All machine work on the cylinders, ead job to include new valves, olishing the crank, hecking rods and fitted the 500 cc pistons, ew cams, olishing the cases and glass beading the jugs, 1,735.00 in the engine. The engine looks fantastic. The owner then machined the point cover and installed a glass to see the point’s fire at night, t turned out top notch. He was a sheet metal expert in the air force and did a great job on the fabrication work. He built the clutch and brake handles by sandwiching brass on aluminum, hey need a little tuning and polishing, hey look great. He built a custom sissy bar, tarburst some of the pieces, idged rear and chrome brackets, ad a new tuck and roll seat and side cover’s done, hopper handle bars, rag pipes and muffler turn outs, utts Springer Front End, utts Fiber Glass Fuel Tank Custom Painted, t has a few small chips from laying around and a custom fabricated chrome gauge panel that intersects the seat and tank. He smoothed out the frame with aircraft filler and used air craft primer, ooks awesome, eady for paint once the bike is mocked up. Re chromed head light bucket and miscellaneous parts. All the stock wiring is there, arburetors will need to be overhauled and installed. It also has spoke wheels with brand new BECK rear tire K-555 Four Ply 5.00 – 16 Made in USA The front is used but in excellent shape no cracking, olid; it is a AVON MK 11 Speed Master 2.75-19 Made in England. There is a ton of extra parts way too many to list. The only thing missing that I can tell is the rear swing arm, e was going to fabricate a ridged tail, was going to find the original and use the stock chrome adjustable shocks that are there. Swing arms are online new for $35.00 This would make a show winner one of a kind. Great project. The person I bought it from lost the title, o it will be sold with a bill of sale, do have his last registered plate and once you have the bike verified your local DMV can issue you a title.
