1968 Triumph Bobber TR6R Project

Description

What we have here is a numbers matching 1968 Triumph TR6R with a 4” stretch/2” down David Bird hard tail kit installed. All other changes are pro built by U.S. Kustoms and soon to be released into your hot sticky hands maybe. Many parts are brand new unless otherwise noted, ave all receipts.

Billet rear Harley hub machined to fit 4 piston sprotor combo, ront is 21” Triumph hoop/Honda drum brake. Both machined for sealed bearings, .S. twisted spokes by Buchanans, owder coated hoops + hubs.

Oil bag + filter mount have been fabbed + pressure tested, as sight glass and takes common oil filter. C.N.C. machined “oil” filler plug.

Rubber mounted Cole Foster gas tank with pop-up cap, arrowed tunnel for better look. Pressure tested, akes common 22mm petcock.

Rich Phillips leather seat.

DNA front end, achined aluminum beehive wheel spacers, urn signal mounts integrated into rear fork spring mount. Fabbed girder-style 16 ga. sheet metal cover by U.S. Kustoms.

Fatboy headlight with custom mount, lack tint H4 housing, nd Kustom aluminum Brooklands screen (brass screen) U.S. Kustoms

Custom 2 into 1 exhaust by U.S.K. with aluminum beehive end cap.

Brass dogbone Harley risers.

Adjustable forward-mid controls with common clevis mounts to accept most folding footpegs/shift pegs. Set up to use repop73-79 Harley rear brake master.

D.I.D. Pro Street X-ring 530VX series chain.

Internal throttle with micro control switches already mounted and wired to bars. Headlight hi/lo, orn and turn signals all function.

Lowbrow “Stingray” rear fender cut to match tire radius, rimmed + mounted .

Avon WWW tires.

New Sudco kit with Mikuni TM 33mm pumper carb. (like a mini HSR)

Coil is mounted under oil bag using vintage cloth plug wires and correct resistance NGK ends. Harley coil.

Engine is partially rebuilt. Head is professionally rebuilt.Custom oil gauge mount above cam cover. Will continue to workon in coming weeks, nbsp;but if you want to contribute to your new bike before it's done, id early and often!
