You are looking at a 2006 custom Yamaha Midnight Warrior.   I purchased this motorcycle brand new from a shop in Queens. NY and sent it to BMS Choppers in Broward County. FL in 2008/2009 to have work done to the bike.   The motorcycle has been meticulously maintained and is very roadworthy.   It starts every time.   I have ridden it on some long runs for over 600 miles and cannot complain about the comfort.   My butt is still intact.   Below is a list of the work that has been done to the bike.   Most are custom parts.   Keep in mind that most of the work done to the bike can easily be converted back to its original condition if you would like.   (ex. jockey shift)
