Custom soft tail springer

I have this custom soft tail springer. it was put together and completed in 2005. It has a sp-constr title. . It has a 13/40evo. motor. The bike has been sitting in storage for the last two years. I took it out and filled it up with gas. charged the battery. The bike fired up as I drove it around for 20 minutes. I noticed oil coming out of the over flow tube. so then I turned the bike off and now the bike does not start but only cranks to attempt to start. Before the bike sat. it ran great. I'm not a mechanic so I couldn't tell you what is wrong with the bike. This bike is being bought as is. NO returns. NO refunds. NO exchange. You must be a mechanic or know a mechanic to check this bike out. You are basically going to buy this bike based upon either yours. or your mechanics knowledge. Bike must be picked up within three days at the end of auction. Cash only. NO checks. NO money orders. This is a bad-ass bike. it ran great when I parked it in storage 2 years ago. It does not smoke or tap. its most likely going to need an oil change or filter. I tried researching what causes these problems and when bikes sit for a year or more it is normal for oil to come out of the oil flow. My research said something about needing a ball or spring.
