Custom Built Motorcycles - Chopper / Not Harley

2007 Custom Built Motorcyle Chopper I have built this back in 2007 and has been in storage ever since. so it is like new condition. Have only rode it around the parking lot. so it only has about 1 mile on it. I have all paperwork for bill of sale. receipts. statement of origins. VIN number. and everything for you to register it. It has never been registered with the DMV and you will have to register it with them. There are scratches on the paint that need to be touched up. There are paint chips on the fenders.   You can see the photos below. Brakes need to be worked on. Needs to be looked over and tested by a professional mechanic before riding.
