It was built by a paralyzed man for his own use. so it can be ridden by a person that has full use of their arms only. No leg function is required to operate this bike. It is a very powerful and fast machine. and not for the novice rider. It has wheelie bars because it needs them. It has an electric fuel pump. hydraulic power disc brakes. electric park brake. headlights and taillights. It does not have turn signals. The bike has been sitting for a short period of time and really needs to be run. The front tire is showing some minor cracking in the sidewalls. The brake master cylinder is new. It would probably be best to bleed the brake system again for the best braking performance. but the brakes work as is. Overall this is a very well engineered and built machine. and is great fun to ride. It is easily trailered for transport.    Please ask any questions.
