2001 Ducati 748 track prepared bike - I bought this as a track bike last year- Ive only used it for one track day at Castle Combe. The previous owner from Bristol had it meticulously checked over and maintained by Ducati specialists 'Louigimoto' who are renowned for their race preparation. they know the bike so I'm sure they'd be happy for you to call them regarding it. Its a standard 748 engine which is quiet and sounds sweet. with standard larger OEM 50mm exhaust system. recent belts. hecked and fine. oil and filters done. slipper clutch fitted. upgraded clutch slave. quickchange rear sprocket assembly. adjustable rearset pegs and gearchange. suspension all set up at Louigimoto. recent tyres and brakes etc. Bodywork and paintjob is very good for any bike let alone a race bike. the bike proved very easy to ride with neutral handling so anyone could ride it quickly. Passed noise test (well under 105db) at Castle Combe which is notoriously strict. Reluctant sale of a great little bike. only selling as I live so far from any tracks I get in maybe 2 days a year. I’ve decided to take up enduro riding instead as I’m in a good part of the country. It will come with a current V5. also a number plate and holder ready to bolt on. I had a daylight MOT done at the end of the summer. Currently sorned. If I get a sensible offer. the paddock stand will be included and the buyer will also get first opportunity to purchase at extra cost. some spare wheels inc discs and good wets at a good price.
