Stunning White 2008 Ducati 848 with super low mileage!

Up for sale is my 2008 Ducati 848. I am the third owner of this wonderful example of Italian motor sport ingenuity. The white/black color combo is amazing and sticks out in the crowd of black or red Ducati's. The bike has approx. 8750 miles on it but it looks like it rolled off the showroom yesterday. The bike has never been ridden hard and the most miles I've put on it were riding back from Pittsburgh to Indianapolis after I bought the bike back in 2012. All mandatory and recommended items have been inspected/replaced for the 7500 mile maintenance interval (~$1000 value) which was done at 8500 miles so no major maintenance is needed for the bike until 15000 miles (current Ducs are on a 15k schedule but the pre-10's were every 7500). I have the parts list (purchased from DesmoTimes.com) as well as the specs for the cam shims if you are interested. The bike is entirely stock except for the tinted windscreen and a small tank guard. The bike has all new fluids (oil coolant brake clutch) new timing belts battery (new lithium ion that is amazing compared to the stock battery) air filter brake pads and fuel filter. The chain and tires are still within specifications and have several seasons left on them. The bike runs better than when I purchased it and comes with all documentation for maintenance/parts as well as second key key card and owners manual. I am the third owner of the bike and have loved it for the past 3 years. I have multiple Ducati specific tools that can be included with the sale if it reaches a certain price point or negotiated between myself and the buyer to include: Maintenance/Repair book PitBull rear stand crank turning tool maintenance bag battery charging cords as well as some random spare nuts/bolts/fluid.
