2009 Ducati GT1000 - Black - Sport Classic series

Mostly gentle touring miles (several trips from New York to New Orleans, anada, aine, tc.) by AMA member with 25+ years of riding experience.
Service up to date and meticulously maintained. I bought it with 4,000 miles on it in late 2009 directly from Ducati USA. It was an "executive bike" used by press for a long-distance touring story for a magazine and sold to me warrantied as new (so I am the original owner).
New chain/sprockets, iming belt changed and valves checked at 27.5k. Michelin Pilot Road 3's have good life left. The DS1000 engine is known to be Ducati's most reliable and these Sport Classic models won't lose value. Superior to a Bonneville, cambler or midsize Monster for performance (and style) or would be good to hold on to as an investment.
I love this bike and would keep it but started riding dirt and don't have the time to ride it much anymore nor space to store.Beautiful, omfortable bike needs a regular rider again.
