1965 Ducati 100 Sport

When was the last timethere was a Ducati 100 Sport for sale on ebay ? This is a very rarevintage Ducati which was bought in Europe and brought to USA in 2012. It was advertised as an "older restoration" but it does appear to have some very original attributes, ike the Radelli rims, ires and seat cover. The bike photograph shows the bikes very well, owever the paint is old and not perfect. The chrome is tired, ut overall the bike is very presentable and will make a nice addition to a collector or rider.This bike was last run in 2012 and then gas drained and in dry storage since.
A little history of this Ducati. The 100 Sport shares the engine dimensions of the race-winning Marianna and is the less common smaller sibling of the 125 Sport and Touring. This model was introduced at the same time in September 1957 and shared the same SOHC engine design and four-speed transmission. For both economical and tax reasons, maller engines were popular in Europe.
