Up for consideration is this running rare model 1968Ducati 350 scrambler. I purchased a same year pair scramblers (the other was a 250 though) a while ago, nd sold the other A few months ago with the intent to hang on to this this one, ut I now sadly have to sell this one as well (which has broken my wife's heart, ho has been the main user of this bike). This Ducati gets a ton of attention while out and about and is a blast to drive around town or even hit some trails with. This bike is an early 1968 widecase model that retains the older style bodywork and magneto ignition system, ut has the better frame, motor, nd suspension. This was a low US production model that was never available in Europe and justput together for the U.S. Importer, he later 68's have the bean tank they retained for the next few years. I does run and has been pretty well taken care of, he oil is fres, t has new ignition tune up bits (points/condenser/coil), ew tires, ood working brakes, ights are decently bright for an old 6v bike, ank has been sealed and has new peacocks, ew valve guide seals, alves checked, nd I am sure some other things I left out. I recently put a funky custom dellorto carb on it that I found and it seems to run pretty well with it on there (though a bit rich), can also include the Amal carb that was on it when I bought it if the winner wants it.. The bike looks good for a 1968 motorcycle and shows some appropriate age, he tank is dent free, ealed, ust freeand looks good,it is not perfect and not the original color and does have some imperfections close up, ut it still looks good. There are some cool mods done back in the day for trail use such as: shouldered rims, udflap and trimmed rear fender, rab bar, ide bars, egaphone exhaust (the header is kind of dented up on the lower section, ut no holes or anything like that). It starts pretty easily for a 350 single after you get the procedure down (my 110lb wife can do it), ut takes a little practice. Please ask me questions before you bid..
