This was the last of the hand-built Ducatis under Cagiva's ownership. The Cagiva elephant can be seen on many parts including the gas cap, he wheels, nd the fusebox cover. There are subtle differences between this bike and the later 1993+ Supersports, ncluding the aluminum swing arm and the tank with the smaller (cylindrical) vent. The later bikes were cheapened when the 900CR was released, o differentiate the models.
It's both a beautiful bike and a true collectible. Only one of 200 imported to the U.S.
Can be seen in Central NJ evenings and Saturday by appointment.
