Ducati 999R 2004 Fila Limited Edition - Euro Version

Ducati Superbike 999R 2004 Fila Limited Edition. number 43 of only 200. Euro/Canada Version (more on that later). Bike is in excellent condition. with only 1. 40 road/city miles on it. Located in Panama City. Panama (more on this later too).  Adult-owned and never raced or ridden on a racetrack (there are no racetracks in Panama). It was originally purchased from Autosportivo S. A. (authorized Ducati dealer back in the day).  I'm the third owner. and have the clear and clean tittle on hand (attached as picture).  The engine starts right away and runs perfectly. I recently changed the battery. brake & clutch fluids. oil and oil filter. Both tires are like new. The grips and seat were also recently replaced with OEM parts since the original parts were a bit dull due to lack of use and weatherization. As you can see from the pictures. the bike is in near original condition. with only a few aftermarket parts such as footpegs. rear brake and clutch levers. and gas tank cap. I will include all the original parts I can find in storage.  Bike comes with one black and one red key. and workshop manual. US buyers please note: this bike is an European version. This makes it even more valuable & unique as a collection item. but it also means you have to use a Registered Importer (RI) to import and register it in compliance with NTHSA and EPA regulations.  I contacted several RIs. and obtained information and quotes.  The most detailed quote and explanation came from JK Technologies LLC. in Baltimore. They quoted $2. 00 -2. 00 plus parts. depending what parts are needed to bring it to spec (quote attached as picture).  The exhaust and silencer are OEM. The silencer is engraved. stating that it complies with the 2004 EPA requirement of 80 dba. The bike has a sticker under the left fairing that states that it's suitable for sale in Europe. France. GIAPP. Australia & Canada (see picture).  Please do your homework prior to bidding and save us both a disappointment down the road. Incoterms: CIP. This sales includes the motorcycle. parts and accessories as described. The price also includes crating and ocean shipping of the bike to your nearest or most convenient maritime port.  It DOES NOT include customs tariffs or taxes at the country of destination. nor any other costs at destination. such as but not limited to: broker fees. RI fees. storage fees. etc.  It does include insurance while the bike is in transit from Panama to the port of destination. Please check my eBay history and feedback and bid with confidence.
