1977 Ducati 500 SD Sport Desmo, non bevel

 For sale is a very rare but neglected Ducati 500SD.   It has the much desired Desmo head which raised horsepower considerably over the standard 500 engine and increases reliability.    

The engine is missing its carburetors but from what I can tell that is about all.  

engine turns over and has good compression but has not run in many years.   I would assume that you would need to give the engine some attention or at least go over it to make sure you wont do any damage to it.  

frame is good and straight with all mounting tabs. nbsp; and minimal surface rust.   tank is fiberglass and looks salvageable.
