2004 DUCATI S4R Orange with Black Stripes

2004 Ducati S4R. selling as it's more bike than I need or want. great fun though

Has the retuned 996 Superbike motor and goes like stink. with the louder pipes and famous Ducati clutch rattle this has all the drama and looks you'd expect with proper Italian Motorcycle

Metallic Orange with a Metallic Black stripes (you will notice this bike!)  V5 says the bike is red but I've contacted the p/o and both have said the bike has always been orange. so I'm guessing this is a DVLA or dealer mistake

Has factory original S4R details (never seen another with these on)

The front guard has the orange paint faded into the carbon (looks factory)

I've put early Monster mirrors on the bike as the originals were useless and I think the round mirrors look better

Frame crash bungs

Forks have new oil

Coolant change in the last 12 months

Brake a clutch fluid changed recently (but the clutch as already darkened as they all do)

Bike is standard apart from the following

Tyres are Michelin Pilot 3s and are in great condition

New tank sender unit

Belts are 12 months old

Oil and filter changed this year

Air filter. fuel filter and plugs changed last year (will need doing again next year)

Only real bad points are the small dint in the tank and the usual pealing engine paint (its a 2000's Duke and they all do this!)

Loads of history and receipts

Both Keys and the Red key

Mileage will go up as I occasionally still use the bike

The bike is in Plymouth Devon

Looking to get a smaller bike or less powerful bike (M1000. M900. M750. Thruxton. H-D XR1200 or Guzzi you get the idea) but I can't part ex cos ebay won't let me. but if you're looking to trade up to a bigger bike this could be for you

This is a used bike so don't expect it to look like new
