2001 DUCATI S4 MONSTER 916 RED with comprehensive dealer service history

Here we have for sale a lovely example of the mighty Ducati S4 Monster powered by the legendary twin cam 4 valve per cylinder 916 engine. Anybody who has ever ridden one of these bikes will acknowledge the wonderful power delivery and gorgeous sound that comes with it. This model is a 2001 Y reg with only 16. 00 miles from new. It starts and runs beautifully. and sounds even better than it looks with its low slung Termignoni exhausts and open air box which further improves engine breathing. Tyres are good with a nearly new Bridgestone fitted to the rear. Chain. sprockets and brakes are all good although the rear disc does show signs of wear. The photos show the great condition of this bike with none of the usual flaky paint on the engine. and there are nice carbon fibre radiator shrouds. There is a small crack in the rev counter glass which appears to be not uncommon on these bikes. The bike comes with MOT until August 2015 and is currently sorned but can tax at buyer's expense if required. There is loads of history with the bike including receipts. old mot's. service book and owner's manual. There are also 3 keys including the very important red master key. and also the code card. needed to reset the engine management systems in case of any problems.
