Ducati 916 Racing 996RS - Factory built Racer
model year 1998
One of only 24 units factory racing built in 1998. this is the first 996 racer model still showing the color frame of 916 and analogic dashboard. In 1999 frame changed into dark grey with digital dash. This is the rariest one. This one was sold new to Dolomiti racing Team then to NCR Team in 1999 (Ben Bostrom) and used by them as spare bike. It has all the works specs: 16. " wheels. big tank. magnesium swingarm.
Looking at the bike. it written Corser under the seat and Chili on the wheels so it could have been a Ducati ADVF Team in 1998.
