Gilera runner 183cc/50cc Spares or repairs

Gilera runner 183cc Registerd as 50cc full logbookUp for sale is my Gilera runner 183cc project the bike was bought back in June as a restoration project but i never got around to finishing it off due to being busy all the time.  The bike is currently in parts which will need abit of work putting into it to get it back onto the road. Parts: Pm tuning 172Top racing full circle racing crank25mm dellorto carburetor Srt Light fly wheelTop racing Mv1 variatorPm tuning reed blockpm tuning manifoldNew crank BearingsNew crank sealsI don't know much about the bike myself as i've not taken the engine apart it was already built when i bought it. I'm just going by what i have read on the receipts provided.  Bad parts: Engine casing is starting to crack to will need aluminium welding to prevent it becoming worse. Seat has a small rip about 4 inches . Exhaust has a blow where it joins to the first gasket will need welding. Engine is running lumpy as its not been tuned in yet for the new parts. Panels are very rough where previous owner went crazy with the thick enamel paint i did attempt to sort them out but paint remover never touched them. There are a few things that need sorting on it hence why its being sold as spares or repairs.
