2001 GILERA ICE 50 BLACK/GREY

this auction is for my gilera ice 50cc (70cc) I bought this bike as a non runner. t was a bigger job to fix than I hoped. I had to replace the battery. tarter motor ignition switch and dash panel as the previous owner tried to jump start it off a van with 24v electrics.

now running I replaced the brake pads and fork seals and got it moted (no advisorys)  I was back on the road after 2 years off.

I ran the bike for about a week before I got fed up with 29mph. I then started with sports pipe. ariator belts. weights. jets air filter etc etc.

it now runs over 50mph with my 20 stone on it and is quick to get there. im selling as I have passed my bike test and need to sell to pay my insurance on my new bike.  

so to recap moted and taxed? goes like stink. registered as 50cc but is 70cc. I cant think of any faults other than a few scratches in cracks in body work. seat cover is not original. new tyres (rear is over sized). loads spent. led lights front and rear. starts first time. wider bars. vw badges. etc

its a great bike with low mileage I don't want to sell it but I have to.

70cc bore kit. evlar drive belt. araku sports variator. ew oil pump and belt and cogs. eavy duty clutch. ew contra spring and mallossi bearing. leo vince exhaust pipe (plus spare pipe) rejetted and naraku air filter
