This Harley Softail is a definite must see to appreciate motorcycle. The pictures do not do this bike justice. There is no flaws or nicks on the paint. All of the trim. chrome finish is just as showroom new as the day it was purchased. Just take a look at the picture of the underneath of the frame. No dirt. or nicks at all! You could roll this bike right into a new Harley Dealerships showroom and it would look every bit as good as a new 2015 model! Never ridden in the rain. A nice Harley motorcycle cover and Harley battery tender is included with the sale of this motorcycle. Originally sold new Rooster's Harley-Davidson in Sioux City. Iowa. Owners manual and both sets of original keys also are with the motorcycle.

The color of this bike is a factory solid finish in a Burgundy Pearl and when the sun hits that pearl coat it totally changes the look of this motorcycle. It is a classy nostalgic looking Harley as the Heritage Model is one of the more sought after Softails. The pictures as well do not due the paint finish justice. The Heritage Model features a nice oversized clear quick detachable windshield. quick detachable nostalgic studded leather saddlebags. and a sissybar that is removable. The seat is also detachable to just a solo style if desired. Very comfortable seat even on those long hauls. As you can see in the photos the saddlebags are not discolored or sagging as most you will see for sale. Most of that is because the bike has been inside in a climate controlled environment. The tires are still in excellent condition with no weather checking or cracking. The wheels all show like new with no deterioration on the chrome finish. In fact all of the chrome has no wear or peeling. There has been some accessories added including the Vance & Hines Exhaust System. chrome highway front crash bar. rear floorboards with chrome outer covers. chrome handlebar grips. and a storage bag on the back of the windshield. The bike comes factory with floorboards. chrome engine accents including chrome rocker covers and tappet covers. chrome oil tank. chrome outer primary. chrome headlight and passing light assembly. chrome laced wire wheels. powder coated engine and frame. and the list goes on. The factory style mini-ape hanger handlebars and with the softail suspension makes for a nice comfortable ride.

The gas tank is 5 gallons and does have a factory fuel gauge. The suspension on the softail models have a rear swing arm giving the look of the old style hard tail motorcycles but does have two hidden horizontal shocks underneath which makes the ride way more better than the older ones. The Technology and improvements that Harley has made to these motorcycles is amazing. You can ride this bike anywhere and really never have any issues with the motorcycle. The fuel injection makes for much easier starts and none of those old cold. nbsp;pulling the choke up. and warming up bike starts.
