HARLEY DAVIDSON 1956, 45 SERVI-CAR FLATHEAD CHOPPER, KNUCKLEHEAD/PANHEAD

HARLEY DAVIDSON 1956. 45 SERVICAR FLATHEAD CHOPPER.  We  just found this old 1956 Servi-Car Chopper that had been stored for many years.  It comes with a Delaware Title.  Check out the cool Bates Style Seat with its neat spring mechanism.  The rear seat is made out of a beer keg.  The motor does turn over but seems to have very little compression.  The gas tank needs cleaning and may need to be sealed.  What you see is all we have.  The rear Hydraulic Brakes were locked up so we pulled the shoes to make it roll.  They will need a complete rebuild.  Check out the cool Z Bars and the twisted front foot pegs.  The extra parts and pipes are all that come with it.  I'm not sure if other pipes will even fit.  It has a M-18 Linkert Carburetor.  The front wheel looks to be a factory 18" with a very early Sportster headlight and visor.  We put the transmission top back on and the reverse transmission looks pretty good inside.  It has an old style Bates Coil and is 6 volt. 3 brush.  The hand shift gate mounts are there but have been bondo-ed over It has the factory speedo.  This old Servi would make a cool old Chopper; ONE OF A KIND!  This item is re listed because the last buyer didn't pay for it!!!
